By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis according to the applicable billing cycle ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles may be monthly, annually, or otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms and conditions unless you cancel the Subscription or DataProfito cancels or terminates it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting the DataProfito customer support team.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a Subscription payment has been processed, DataProfito does not provide refunds, whether in whole or in part, for unused Subscription periods, early cancellation, account suspension, account termination, removal from the Service, or a user's failure or inability to use the Service.
Cancellation of a Subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not result in a refund or credit for any Subscription fees already paid.
DataProfito reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service in accordance with these Terms. If access is suspended or terminated because of a violation of these Terms, the Subscription payment remains non-refundable.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DataProfito and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DataProfito.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by DataProfito. DataProfito has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
DataProfito may terminate, suspend, restrict, or permanently ban your account and/or your access to any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason permitted under these Terms, including, without limitation, if you breach or violate these Terms, applicable community rules, policies, or standards of conduct.
Upon termination, suspension, or permanent banning of an account, your right to access or use the affected Service will immediately cease.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If your account or access to the Service is suspended, terminated, restricted, or permanently banned because of a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund, whether in whole or in part, for any Subscription fees or other amounts previously paid, including any unused portion of a Subscription period.
Termination or suspension of access does not create an obligation for DataProfito to refund previously paid Subscription fees.
Accounts that have been permanently banned for violating these Terms will not be reinstated or unbanned.
Where permitted by DataProfito and these Terms, a former user may choose to purchase a new Subscription in the future. Purchasing a new Subscription, however, does not restore, reactivate, or unban a previously banned account, and DataProfito reserves the right to refuse or terminate a new account where appropriate under these Terms.
Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination—including payment obligations, refund limitations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other applicable provisions—will remain in effect after termination.
In no event shall DataProfito, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
